What is your role on the Expedition
I specialize in helping clients engage with their prospects and customers, setting the foundation to maximize customer lifetime value. By fusing the science of analytics with the art of strategic thought leadership, I’m able to deliver breakthrough ideas that deliver results every single time.
What is different about your process?
My client relationships are built on a simple principle: continually guide my clients by providing insight and innovation with a fierce focus on Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). Whether we are seeking to increase share of customer, reach out to new consumer segments or explore cross sell opportunities, my focus is always on providing strategic solutions that maximize your ROMI.
What is your professional background?
I have over 20 years experience in developing winning integrated marketing solutions. I’ve worked on the client, agency and consulting sides of the business and have served an array of clients in industries as diverse as financial services, packaged goods, retail, hospitality, telecom and technology. I have a passion for transforming data into strategic insights that inform marketing solutions that deliver results.
And on a personal note . . .
I moved to North Carolina over 2 years ago and love it! As my 7 year old says, “the sun always shines in North Carolina.” Of course, he is comparing it to his first 6 years in Chicago. While I often miss the big city, there is something to be said for being 1 hour from the mountains and 3 hours from the beach. My family and I enjoy golf, the beach, and attending minor league baseball games throughout North Carolina. Needless to say, we still have our Chicago Cubs season tickets.
