We know that contacting a “consultant” can sometimes seem like a scary proposition. You may be wondering, “Will they charge me to answer my phone call?”; “Will they keep bugging me to hire them; Can I afford a consultant, or do I really need one?” We are not your typical consultants. Like you, we too have been clients of consultants before and have gone through the same process as you. It’s important that you talk to more than one consultant and find a firm that has the personality, solutions and cost structure to match your needs. The best way to do that is to have an initial one-on-one discussion.

So, what’s next?
We offer a free 30-minute initial consultation phone session to discuss your current project or business challenges. From there, we can determine how Sherpa Marketing would be able to support your needs and whether we are indeed, a fit. We’ll discuss what terms, interaction or solution(s) are available to you and how we can help.

After we talk, then what?
If there is in fact, a fit between us, we’ll set up a meeting to conduct a more in-depth discovery interview. At that stage, we will gather information to create a project scope. This will provide an outline of work, challenges and goal, along with our suggestions and solutions or action to be made. This outline will serve as the measurement criteria to identify our success. The project scope will include an estimate of fees for our services and associated timelines for completion.
