    Below is a suite of tools used by Sherpa Marketing to provide in-depth branding strategy.  Any branding engagement at Sherpa is inclusive, collaborative, efficient and actionable.  It begins with the development of a “brand value proposition” that is the result of solving for three strategic criteria:

    • brand validity
    • consumer motivation
    • competitive differentiation

    Our process, like that of a Sherpa, uses a triangulation method.  In other words, we collect information from three sources to understand where we are and where we are headed.  These sources include: the company (or organization), the consumer and the competition.  For obvious reasons, we sometimes refer to this as a “3-C” analysis.
