Purpose: Deliver an experience that leaves your attendees with a clear understanding of your product or service’s brand and what you are all about, packaged in a unique, memorable experience.
Intended Results: You can expect flawless execution with a positive contribution to your brand image, cultivation of business prospects, and a project that is on time and on budget.
Structure: Similar to all of our programs, we start out by defining the details and gaining team agreement on purpose, objectives and all the strategies and tactics related to the projects outcome. This is a must for all programs. We then create a “back-end” timeline of the event, including what needs to be done by what deadline. Event dates don’t change. You can’t move a trade show date just because you’re not ready, so timelines are critical for these programs.
