    Purpose:  Track the conversations happening around your identified keywords to “listen” to what your customer and industry influencers are saying about your brand and that of your competitors.

    Intended Results:  Capture all conversations 24/7 identified by keywords as a result of social media map and filter through the raw data to identify the conversations requiring responses, sent on an agreed upon basis or create a workflow environment* so conversations automatically show up in your company’s customer response systems. We recommend a feed of conversations daily or twice daily depending on volume of conversations, unless otherwise defined by you.

    Structure: Sent via email or direct into customer service response applications* on a once- or twice-daily schedule depending upon volume.

    *This is a service whereby conversations deemed requiring response can be integrated into your company’s existing customer service system such that the conversations needing attention automatically are pushed on to your application.  This service requires additional technology assessment and implementation.
